As a hypnotherapist, I help ordinary, everyday people with ordinary, everyday problems. Whether you're struggling with emotional distress, unpleasant physical symptoms, or breaking bad habits ‑ I'm here to help you make changes that last.
My professional journey began over two decades ago, working as a mental health specialist at a psychiatric hospital. There I was first introduced to the idea of mind-body medicine and led weekly group sessions of guided meditation.
I graduated from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute in Southern California. Additionally, I earned a Certificate in Positive Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction from the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
Throughout my career, I have completed thousands of hours of advanced training, hundreds of hours of clinical supervision, and exceeded the "10,000-hour rule" in my professional practice.
