Whether you're struggling with emotional distress, unpleasant physical symptoms, or breaking bad habits ‑ I'm here to help you make changes that last
My professional journey began 23 years ago, working as a Mental Health Specialist at a psychiatric hospital. There I served as team leader to psychiatric technicians, led daily group sessions, and provided direct care to patients experiencing emotional, psychiatric, behavioral, and substance abuse problems.
I graduated from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute in Southern California. Additionally, I earned a certificate in Positive Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a certificate in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, and am currently completing a certificate in Wellness Counseling
from the College of Human Ecology at Cornell University.
Throughout my career, I have completed thousands of hours of advanced training, hundreds of hours of clinical supervision, and helped thousands of people achieve their personal and professional goals.
I am a member of the American Hypnosis Association, the College of Medicine and Integrated Health (U.K.), and an Associate Member of The Royal Society of Medicine (U.K.).
